We're Hiring - POSITION: CONTENT MANAGER.
Ongair is looking for an eloquent, creative and tech-savvy wordsmith to manage our content and social media profiles. As our Content Manager you will provide a voice for the company. We are fun, committed, cool and creative, question is, are you ?
Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that includes writing blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, infographics, etc.
Grow our blog subscribers, convert visitors into leads, and expand our blog's overall reach.
Manage various email campaigns, including content promotion newsletters, calls-to-action, holiday promotions etc.
Come up with creative copy for website landing pages.
Handle our local and international press correspondence, this may include drafting of Press Releases, Company Statements e.t.c
Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
Ensure that all documents meet established content standards and work with developers to assess any technical challenges in displaying the content.
Background / Past experience in content management or content publishing.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business for various types of content.
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
Proficiency in using blogging software and CMS tools such as Ghost, Wordpress e.t.c
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and manage different content projects simultaneously.
Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues.
Past experience producing content for the web, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
